Agilent expression microarrays

Researchers can benefit from Agilent's accurate, sensitive and well-validated platform for interrogating expression profiles for a wide range of genomes. Their high-quality 60mer oligo probe sets are available in a number of different multiplex slide formats for cost-effectiveness. Agilent offers flexible and easy design of custom arrays using their e-Array program. We offer full service for both one and two colour labeling systems. Roche expression microarrays

Researchers can choose the NimbleGen platform for very high density coverage. They offer genome-wide expression for many different organisms, multiplex slide formats and custom array availability. Researchers also can tile through a genome at any desired spacing to discover genome-wide expression activity in both coding and noncoding regions. NimbleGen offers an extensive list of catalog arrays for Prokaryotes.

The LAGA sends samples to the Centre for Translational and Applied Genomics (CTAG) at BCCA. Data sets come back to the LAGA for analysis.
